We have deep roots in Employment Law.
City View
We have deep roots in employment law.

The principal attorney, Glicel Sumagaysay, has represented both employees and employers in litigation.  This experience provides her with a unique edge in any representation.

Glicel worked as an employment paralegal for years prior to becoming an employment attorney. She connected with employee clients on a regular basis. Being an employee in both supportive and managerial roles has given her inherent and valuable insight into employee perspective.  Glicel uses this perspective to inform her representations.

Additionally, we aim to assist fellow small business owners like us in navigating the constantly changing landscape of California employment law and in preventing bad employer practices against employees.  To that end, Ms. Sumagaysay provides guidance, policy creation, policy updating and advice to small businesses and non-profits. Educating employers, through counseling and training for their supervisors and employees, helps ensure employer compliance with the law and protection from incorrect claims.

The Firm's success is due in large part to referrals from gracious clients, friends, and colleagues, for whom we are extremely grateful.
